About the Project

This project advocates for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Family Planning (FP) in South Asia through short films, public campaigns, and interactive discussions. Through our content, we sensitize people of the target areas about issues pertaining to SRHR and FP which are considered taboos. Digital tools produced under this project have been showcased at multiple platforms not only in Pakistan, but have also been also used internationally. Ehsas Films Project has been instrumental in starting a debate on trans rights with its first film, Sapna (2015).

The project also offers workshops on storytelling for social change.
